Kraft teamed up with Premier, a big player in the non-commercial foodservice sector. The challenge was to develop a hot beverage guide that brought several brands together into a cohesive, accessible and attractive book for sales representatives.

Crystal Light was ready to release an exciting new product, a liquid concentrate that allowed restaurants to create non-soda beverages. To sell the product in, they needed an attractive way to present to operators. The solution was to develop a sales kit and several other elements to demonstrate the benefits of this new product.

Logo design projects can be fun and challenging. Sometimes the first idea is the best and is improved through iterations. Other times it may take rounds and rounds, but each round gets smarter and closer to essence of the brand.

Philadelphia Cream Cheese was preparing to release a unique new product. Because it was very different from traditional Philly products the task at hand was to design a sales piece that clearly demonstrated the various applications.
Red wine and Grey Poupon mustard come together in a new product know as Grey Poupon Rouge. Dark and sexy (food) photography helped to sell this new take on a classic.
Located in northern Wisconsin, the Grande Cheese Company wanted to make a big impact on the Italian cheese market, in both foodservice and retail. For the foodservice side, there were several opportunities to make eye-catching, interactive direct mail pieces. And on the retail side, point-of-sale materials and an elegant product guide helped Piacci stand out from the competition.
Consumers are demanding better-for-you ingredients and the information to support those claims. With manditory menu labeling on the horizon, Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil helps operators maintain a healthier profile. This direct mail piece puts Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil head-to-head with the competition.
Kraft, perhaps known best for it's Macaroni and Cheese, developed a new, more grown-up take on the product. The assignment was to develop a new look to sell Simple Signatures to restaurant operators. In addition to the initial launch I was tasked with carrying this look through with the launch of two new flavors in 2015.
